This serum contains 20% Vitamin C, 10% AHAs, Japanese Beautyberry, and Japanese Angelic Root. It comes in a pump style bottle and 1-2 pumps can be used in the evening. It is oil-free, fragrance-free, and cruelty-free.

Now that you know the specifics, let’s get into the biggest difference: PRICE! There is a $75 price difference between the two products which is insane. The ultimate question then becomes; does the price make a difference in the product?

In my humble opinion, both are beautiful products that do the jobs that they claim. I love the TATCHA one and reach for it when I am having an especially bad skin day, but once the bottle is done, I will not be repurchasing simply because it is way too expensive for me. I will go back to my Ordinary one. It does the job perfectly.

Final Thoughts: If you’re looking for luxury, go for TATCHA. But remember they both do essentially the same thing. The Ordinary gives your skin what it needs without breaking the bank.
