However, my favorite way to use this would be at night before I go to bed because the consistency is so thick that I wake up and the lip mask is still partially on my lips in the morning.

It’s a hair treatment, no a deep conditioner so you are supposed to put it in your hair, comb it through completely & then wash it out & use shampoo & conditioner.
You’re only supposed to us it once a week because too much will overdo it & can make your hair really straw-like & brittle.
When you use it, you’re supposed to leave it on for 10 minutes minimum & the longer it’s on your hair, the better.
I usually put it in, then go clean my house & wash it out about 45 min later in the shower.
It has softened my hair so much & gotten rid of the split ends & hair breakage I had. My hair looks brand new like I left the salon everyday now that I use this weekly!

My Experience: I used this for 3 nights in my night routine. My skin was soft, hydrated, and cleansed. I washed my face 30-45 secs and I honestly didnt want to stop. Dealing with hormonal acne, and now being on antibiotics this was a GODSEND.
